Our Story
Firm Foundation Property Services was founded on a simple belief: that honest work done with excellence speaks for itself. What started as a commitment to serve our neighbors has grown into a trusted property services company proudly serving homes and businesses across the Greater Atlanta Metro Area.
We operate two focused service divisions under one trusted name. Our pressure washing division restores driveways, sidewalks, patios, and building exteriors to like-new condition using satellite-measured pricing for complete transparency. Our landscaping and property care division provides recurring lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanup, and professional mulch installation — keeping properties beautiful year-round.

Owner & Lead Technician
Osmanybrings a craftsman's eye and relentless work ethic to every job. Whether it's pressure washing a 3,000 sq ft driveway or maintaining a commercial property, he takes personal pride in delivering exceptional results. When he's not transforming properties, you can find him playing saxophone at churches, weddings, and corporate events.
Jacqueline Acuña
Operations Manager
Jacqueline is the operational backbone of the business — managing customer relationships, scheduling, estimates, and making sure every client experience is seamless from first contact to completed job.
