Information You Provide Directly

Information Collected Automatically

Our website uses self-hosted, cookie-free analytics that do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts on public pages. The analytics data we collect is limited to aggregate, anonymized metrics such as page views, referral sources, and general geographic region — none of which can be traced back to you individually.

Payment Information

When you pay for services, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. Stripe handles all payment data directly under their own Privacy Policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation, the last four digits of your card, and billing metadata necessary to maintain our records.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Prepare and deliver estimates, invoices, and service agreements
• Schedule and perform services at your property
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send transactional communications — appointment confirmations, service updates, invoices, and follow-ups — via Resend (our email delivery provider)
• Improve our website and services based on aggregate analytics
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

3. Cookies

Our public website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The only cookies we set are strictly necessary for website functionality — such as session management for authenticated users and your cookie consent preference.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — Payment processing. We never store your full card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for quotes, invoices, appointment confirmations, and service communications. Resend processes your email address and name solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
• Google Maps — Embedded maps for service area display and property measurement. Google may collect usage data when you interact with embedded maps.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary:

• Active customers: For the duration of our business relationship plus any applicable warranty period
• Financial records: 7 years, as required by federal and Georgia tax law
• Contact form submissions: Up to 2 years if no service relationship is established
• Analytics data: Aggregate only — no individual records to retain

If you request deletion and we have no legal obligation to retain your data, we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, role-based access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
