3. Client Responsibilities
If you use our client portal, submit information through our forms, or otherwise interact with our online services, you are responsible for:
- Accurate information: Providing truthful and accurate contact details, property information, and service requests. Inaccurate information may lead to incorrect quotes, scheduling issues, or service delays.
- Content rights:Ensuring you have the right to submit any photographs, documents, or other content you upload to the Site. You must not submit content that infringes on another party's intellectual property rights.
- Lawful use of services: Using our online services (client portal, payment processing, messaging) only for their intended purposes related to your business relationship with Firm Foundation Property Services.

We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Enforcement of this AUP does not waive any other rights or remedies available to us under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
