Interference & Abuse

• Disrupting, degrading, or interfering with the operation of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or flooding the Site with excessive requests
• Using the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person

3. Client Responsibilities

If you use our client portal, submit information through our forms, or otherwise interact with our online services, you are responsible for:

• Accurate information: Providing truthful and accurate contact details, property information, and service requests. Inaccurate information may lead to incorrect quotes, scheduling issues, or service delays.
• Content rights:Ensuring you have the right to submit any photographs, documents, or other content you upload to the Site. You must not submit content that infringes on another party's intellectual property rights.
• Lawful use of services: Using our online services (client portal, payment processing, messaging) only for their intended purposes related to your business relationship with Firm Foundation Property Services.

4. Content Restrictions

• Termination: Permanent termination of your account and access, with or without notice for serious or repeated violations
• Legal action:Pursuit of legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of attorney's fees, in accordance with our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Enforcement of this AUP does not waive any other rights or remedies available to us under our Terms of Service or applicable law.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
